Your smart home automation system is simple to use, but the tech behind it isn’t, and although we have designed you a state-of-the-art home automation system with reliability and consistency at its core, the truth is, home electronics need maintenance, service, and support—not unlike your furnace or car.
So when something comes up, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Our Promise
All work completed by IQ Automation carries our 90 Day limited warranty on equipment and installations. All installations include one (1) service call or training session scheduled within 90 days of install date.
After 90 days, systems that malfunction as the result of product software, firmware or product failure are subject to standard service rates. Our rate covers diagnosing and/or replacement of problematic equipment. Further visits may be required after diagnosing and will be charged at the same hourly rate.
What We Do Not Cover

Product purchased by client as well as any interference caused by the product.

Third party interference with technology.
(Pre-owned client product, cable provider outages, power disruptions, etc.) -
Physical damage or alteration carried out by user or third party to IQ Automation installations.

Re-mounting. We make recommendations and discuss with you the height or location of your TVs and equipment. Once we agree on installation and work is done, unmounting and moving equipment is subject to standard service rates.
